This is a one and a half hour sit-down and discussion in which we explore the idea that you have been thinking about and how you see that it can be of an impact in the industry in which it will come to life within. Think of it as a mirror cleaning so that we have clarity before moving to the next phase.
From Discussion To Concept
We’ve sat down for an hour. Gone over the idea and discussed how it can become a reality. Now you need to start the full journey. Do you have a location? Will there be business partners? What funding do you have and what do you need? So forth and so on and on. In order to start this next step, we need to know the answer to these questions and more. So let’s explore. Beforehand we need to know the individuals you’re looking to utilize as contractors and retain them. We’ll talk about that process as well.

Next steps.
The concept has been discussed and clarified. The plan has been put in place and starting to be executed slightly. We’ve discussed the vendors and contractors in the early stages and have briefly discussed the processes and systems, but not fully. We’ve retained a few vendors and have more work to do. So let’s get started with this phase. We’ll dive deeper and make sure the lanes that every professional is responsible for is stewarded correctly.
