This is a two and a half hour presentation and discussion in which we discuss the 15 different types of mindsets and how they are effectively playing a role in your day to day functionality in the workplace. There will be exercises done to help bring individuals together and promote team building and mind change, helping others see the power of transformation.
Understanding Mindful Practices
Mindfulness in the workplace improves employee focus, attention, and behavior. Mindfulness, defined as present-centered attention and awareness, emerged from Buddhist philosophy and has been cultivated for millennia through meditation practices. Through this three hour experience there will be discussions and exercises that we present to your team educating how to weave mindful activities and techniques into their daily routines. The importance of daily mindful practices both in and out of the workplace will be touched on heavily.
